  • South Bend, Indiana — A state‑of‑the‑art microbial fermentation facility supporting development through 10,000L scale.
  • Boerne, Texas — A dedicated fill‑finish facility enabling pilot‑to‑commercial manufacturing of diagnostic kits and reagents.

Olga leads operational strategy with a focus on efficiency, business and service optimisation, and continuous improvement across Nexus Bioworks.

Martin Neumann, Site Director, South Bend

Martin oversees the fermentation facility, managing upstream, downstream, and analytical teams while ensuring GMP and ISO compliance.

Lisa Trow, Global Head of Compliance

Lisa leads global compliance include quality and regulatory, maintaining alignment with ISO standards and FDA Quality Management System Regulations.

Pritesh Shah, Ph.D., Technical Manager

Pritesh directs technical development, process optimization, and technology transfer to support successful client outcomes.

Rebecca Geister, M.S., Technical Transfer Manager

Rebecca leads the technical transfer of client processes and manages client projects from initiation through successful delivery.
